Kinder Korner.
Included on this site are songs, rhymes, and activities, as well as links to other "farm" pages. While aimed at primary grade or preschool teachers, this site has some things that can easily be adapted to a library program as well.

Developed to go with their live action play based on the book, this .pdf file includes some sheets that can be printed out for children, like a word search and fill-in-the-blank sheets.

This publisher offers some pre-reading activities as well as some follow-up discussion tips.

Extra Ideas
4-H Virtual Farm.
Take an online tour of a dairy farm, including hearing a real dairy farmer answer some frequently asked questions. This will be most useful for slightly older kids, as some of the "farm talk" may not be understood by many urban and suburban preschoolers.
Cornerstones (PBS/CPB/WGBH National Center for Accessible Media).
This website, supported by PBS and the National Center for Accessible Media, has pulled together resources for teachers, parents, librarians, and kids based on the "Between the Lions" television show. The section on Click Clack Moo includes online games and several video versions of the story. One of the video clips includes a four-minute animated version with an American Sign Language storyteller.
Farm Service Agency Kids.
A government agency, the Farm Service, offers some fun facts as well as coloring pages, word search, and maze that can be easily printed out.
National Zoo - Kids' Farm.
The Smithsonian Museum includes a small Kids' Farm inside the National Zoo in Washington, D. C. This website gives some information about the animals and attractions in this kid-friendly part of the zoo.
John Deere Kids' Corner.
Maintained by the John Deere Company, this site has interactive online games with a general farm theme, and some coloring pages that you can color online or print out to color.
